Successful Realtor who built his reputation as a hyperlocal expert adds SpatialMatch to site

David Dion of Solutions Real Estate knows all about hyperlocal. He built his real estate career on it.

Dion is one of the latest Realtor clients to incorporate SpatialMatch’s lifestyle search engine into his web site – appropriately named – www.DaveKnowstheValley.com.

The engine’s 104 layers of neighborhood data and easy functionality to find local amenities fits right into Dion’s philosophy which helped him build a very successful real estate business in Gilbert, AZ.

“I’ve been building hyperlocal web sites for eight years,” he said. “I truly believe in creating community oriented web sites.”

When Dion first moved to Arizona from Massachusetts ten years ago, he was in the mood for a career change as well and decided to dig deep into the real estate business. He was truly starting from scratch.

He knew the power of the Internet was going to change how home buyers found properties. Acting like a home buyer, Dion researched how properties appeared in Google searches.

As an agent focused on a few particular communities, he knew his site had to feature granular, in-depth detail to get those high search rankings.

It was this focus that led him to SpatialMatch. Dion first spotted our lifestyle search engine tool after we just released our demo and before we even started promoting it heavily.

When he saw the demo, he said “I knew that’s a company I want to be in business with.”

Many agents claim to be neighborhood experts, but ask them a hard questions, like the zip code, and they flinch.

Dion promotes this strategy in a company, Solutions Real Estate and provides web sites to some 200+ agents with a custom designed website product.

“We not only provide tools to our agents, but we are also sure to show them how to use them,” he added. “Agents are joining us because of our ability to get consumers in front of them.”

SpatialMatch will provide his team with literally millions of bits of data. Home buyers will be able to search for every lifestyle amenity they want near their home – parks, types of schools, stores, gyms, etc.

Dion knows this local info is important to today’s home buyer.

“I once had a client who insisted he live within one mile of Starbucks,” he said.  Not being a coffee drinker, he was forced to drive and find the closest Starbucks.

His clients will now be able to find all of that information and more, with SpatialMatch’s geo-spatial platform.

“I’m hoping this (SpatialMatch) gives our agents a competitive edge that is insurmountable and puts us miles ahead of the rest,” he said.

Is hyperlocal data and search important to the modern consumer? You don’t need to ask Dave Dion. He gets it.
